Members have the right to cancel their membership at any time, subject to the following terms:
Membership cancellations must be requested via email at psst@ivysgarden.org at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Once your membership billing cycle has been processed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Upon cancellation, access to member-exclusive content and features will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds will not be provided for membership renewals or subsequent billing cycles after 48 hours of the billing cycle process due to membership gift shipping processing services.
If a refund is granted, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be returned to your processing bank account.
No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of the membership term.
The membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, even after the cancellation request is submitted.
Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update or modify our refund and cancellation policy at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.
